Eagle Creek is Marion, Ohio's premier housing community. The Eagle Creek community began in 1998. The community has over 245 premier housing lots
in the master plan. The community has curbs, gutters, storm sewers, side walks, and dedicated asphalt streets. Snow plowing and road repairs
are the responsibility of Pleasant Township.

Membership in The Eagle Creek Residential Homeowners Association is required of all residents. The Association provides benefits to
the residents such as street lights, community lake for paddle boating and fishing, picnic and play area, and a community run board
to address opportunities and complaints.
